BrandAxis uses role-based permissions. Your account is an organization; it contains your workspaces, and every member of the organization holds a role that controls what they can do.
The four roles
- Owner — created the organization; full permissions over everything, including billing.
- Admin — manages workspaces, users, and billing.
- Editor — adds and edits brands, prompts, and sources.
- Viewer — read-only access to dashboards and data.
Roles are assigned when you invite a teammate and can be changed later. A user can belong to several organizations with a different role in each — see Managing your team for seats per plan and how invitations work.
Workspace access
Members of an organization can access its workspaces, with their role governing what they can do there — Viewers can look but not touch, Editors can change tracking setup, Admins and Owners can manage the workspaces themselves.
Seats
How many people you can invite depends on your plan — from 1 seat on Free to 37 on Advanced, unlimited on Enterprise. Full table in Managing your team.
