BrandAxis billing is designed to be boring: published prices, no lock-in on monthly plans, and refunds that happen automatically instead of through a support queue.
How billing works
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually. Billing runs in USD — rand prices shown on the pricing page are indicative, and your bank converts the dollar amount automatically. Model add-ons are billed alongside your base plan on the same cycle.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Cancelling a monthly plan
Cancel any time from the dashboard. Your plan ends right away, and the unused portion of the current billing period is refunded automatically through Stripe, prorated to the day — cancel on day 2 of a month and roughly 28 days come back to your card. No emails, no forms, nothing to claim.
Your workspaces, prompts, and historical data are retained, so if you come back later you pick up where you left off.
On top of proration: if the product isn’t working for you within 30 days of your first charge, contact us and we’ll refund that first charge in full.
Cancelling an add-on
Same policy. Remove a model add-on on monthly billing and it stops right away, with the unused portion of the month refunded automatically. The historical data the model collected stays in your workspace.
Annual plans
Annual billing is a deliberate trade: you save ~15%, and in exchange the plan is billed for the full term — annual plans run to the end of the paid year rather than being refunded on cancellation. The 30-day first-charge guarantee still applies. If you’re unsure, start monthly; you can switch to annual whenever the maths makes sense.

Nothing to cancel — the free tier has no card charges and no time limit.
