What’s in a report
Each report covers the reporting period across the models your plan tracks:
- Your brand performance — visibility, rank, and sentiment, each with the change since the last report.
- Visibility by AI model — how you’re doing per model.
- Top brands — the top competitors in your workspace with their visibility, rank, and sentiment movement.
- Prompt performance — your top and lowest performing prompts.
- Top sources influencing AI — the domains being cited and used in AI answers about your category.
A Login to view all your data link takes you straight to the dashboard for the full picture.
Choosing your schedule
You set the schedule in the app. Two cadences are available today:
- Weekly — a summary of the past week.
- Monthly — a monthly rollup.
Enterprise plans can set custom schedules — talk to your CSM.
Pausing or changing a report
You can change the cadence or stop receiving reports at any time from the same place you set the schedule. Reports resume from the current period — there’s no backfill of missed sends.
