A proposal workspace is a temporary workspace built for pitching. Agencies and strategic partners use them to track a prospect’s brand for a few days and walk into the pitch with real AI visibility data — without spending any of their own plan’s prompts or workspaces.
How it works
- Tracks for 3 days, then stops automatically.
- Up to 10 prompts per proposal workspace.
- 5 conversations per model per prompt per day — 5× the density of a regular workspace, which runs 1 conversation per model per prompt per day (see Prompt frequency & limits). The higher density packs enough signal into 3 days to build a real story.
- Nothing counts against your plan — proposal workspace prompts and the workspace itself are excluded from your tier’s quotas.
Creating one
- Open Workspaces and create a new workspace, choosing the proposal option.
- Add the prospect’s brand, competitors, and up to 10 prompts.
- Tracking starts immediately and runs for 3 days.
You can have up to 5 proposal workspaces.
When it expires
After 3 days the workspace stops tracking. The data stays viewable — and if the client signs, you can upgrade it to a permanent workspace with its history intact. An upgraded workspace then counts toward your plan’s workspace and prompt quotas like any other.
