Every BrandAxis plan includes team seats. Your account is an organization — it contains your workspaces, and you can invite teammates into it with a role that controls what they can do.

Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Created the organization. Full permissions over everything, including billing. |
| Admin | Manages workspaces, users, and billing. |
| Editor | Adds and edits brands, prompts, and sources. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to dashboards and data. |
A teammate can belong to more than one organization — with a different role in each. Your agency’s analyst can be an Editor in one client’s organization and a Viewer in another.
Inviting a teammate
- Open your organization’s team settings.
- Invite your teammate by email and choose their role.
- They’ll receive an invitation — once accepted, they occupy one seat.
Hitting the seat limit
When every seat is taken, invite options are disabled until you free a seat or upgrade. Removing a member frees their seat immediately; their work (prompts, workspaces, data) stays with the organization.
