BrandAxis runs every prompt in your workspace against every model your plan covers — your core models plus any add-ons you’ve activated — by default, no manual selection required.
Default behaviour
If your plan covers three models, every prompt runs against all three on every cycle. You don’t need to pick which prompt runs where.
How add-ons behave
Activating an add-on model (Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or Google AI Mode) applies plan-wide: the new model immediately runs against all prompts in all workspaces on your normal refresh cycle. There’s nothing to configure per workspace, and add-on results appear in the same dashboards, filters, and email reports as core models.
Why this matters
Visibility across multiple models is what tells you the real story. A brand that’s strong in ChatGPT but absent from Perplexity has a coverage problem you wouldn’t see if you only tracked one model. We optimise for breadth so you catch these gaps automatically.
Model Filtering
All model data is utilised by default.
At the top of your dashboard you can filter by specific model to view data only from that model / selected models.
eg: Only ChatGPT, to view more granular insights about that specific model.
Opting models in or out
On Enterprise, you can opt specific models in or out per workspace. Lower tiers track the full default set — there’s no toggle.
