What counts as a "tracked prompt"?
A prompt is a question you're monitoring across AI models — e.g. "What is the best CRM for startups?" Each prompt runs against all your included models on your refresh schedule. One prompt, tracked across three models, is still one prompt.
What's a workspace?
A workspace is one competitive landscape — your brand, the competitors you compare it against, and the prompts you track them all on. There's no cap on how many brands or competitors live inside a single workspace; the cap is on workspaces themselves. Add a second workspace when you're tracking something separate — an agency client, a sub-brand, or another portfolio. Inside each workspace, every prompt result shows your brand alongside its competitors, so you can see exactly where you over- and under-index in any given AI answer.
How is BrandAxis different from Peec or Promptwatch?
Same core capability — AI visibility tracking — priced roughly 30% below competitors without cutting model coverage. That holds for add-ons too: extra models run $7–$115/mo by tier versus Peec's $35–$165, and the three engines on our sticker price are always included in full, never sold back to you. Misinformation alerts and disinformation detection are on the roadmap from Pro and Advanced respectively (coming soon), capabilities competitors only plan to ship at Enterprise or not at all.
What's a proposal workspace?
A temporary workspace for pitching a potential client — built for agencies and strategic partners. It tracks for 3 days with up to 10 prompts at 5 conversations per model per prompt per day (5× the normal rate), so you get real insight fast. It doesn't consume your plan's prompts or workspaces, you can run up to 5, and if the client signs you can upgrade it to a permanent workspace with its history intact. Included on all paid plans.
What are model add-ons?
Every paid plan includes three full engines — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. Want more? Add Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or Google AI Mode individually: $7/mo each on Lite, $25 on Starter, $59 on Pro, $115 on Advanced. An add-on behaves exactly like a core model — it runs against every prompt in every workspace on your daily refresh. Stack any combination, cancel any time. Claude and Grok are available on Enterprise.
Why do add-ons cost more on higher tiers?
Because they do more work. An add-on model runs against every prompt on your plan, every day — 20 prompts on Lite, 350 on Advanced. The price tracks the compute the extra model actually consumes. It's the same way competitors price extra models; ours run roughly 30% less at every rung.
How many team seats do I get?
Every plan includes team seats: 1 on Free, 2 on Lite, 5 on Starter, 17 on Pro, 37 on Advanced, and unlimited on Enterprise. Invite teammates as Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer — and a user can belong to several organizations with a different role in each. No per-seat charges.
Do you send email reports?
Yes — scheduled email reports are included on every tier, including Free. You choose the schedule; weekly and monthly cadences are available today, and Enterprise plans can set custom schedules. Each report covers visibility, rank, and sentiment for your brand and competitors, your top and lowest performing prompts, and the sources influencing AI answers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancelling entirely is different from downgrading — monthly cancellations refund the unused time automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — toggle "Annual" above the plans to see annual pricing. You save ~15% on every paid tier (Lite, Starter, Pro, Advanced), and model add-ons get the same ~15% annual discount. Contact us for annual Enterprise.
Can I pay in rand (ZAR)?
Rand prices are shown for convenience using a fixed conversion we review regularly. Billing itself runs in USD through Stripe — your card is charged the dollar amount and your bank converts it automatically, as with any international subscription.
What's the refund policy?
Fair by default. Cancel a monthly plan — or a monthly model add-on — any time and the unused portion of your billing period is refunded automatically through Stripe, prorated to the day. Cancel on day 2, get roughly 28 days back; no emails, no forms, no dark patterns. And if the product isn't working for you in your first 30 days, we'll refund the first charge in full. Annual plans trade the other way: ~15% off for committing the year, billed for the full term.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your prompts, brand data, and results are never used for training. We pay full API rates to the model providers.
